Terms & Conditions for Fee Payment
- Fee deposit mode is yearly mode only.
- Registration fee payable at the time of application (non-refundable Rs. 1000/-).
- Admission kit charge at the time of admission (non-refundable Rs. 6500/-).
- Tuition fee (non-refundable).
- Exam & practical fee payable at the time of filling exam form as per University norms.
- Transport fee will be paid annually as per route.
- All types of fees can be paid through Cash, Demand Draft, Online, NEFT, or RTGS. Cheques will not be accepted.
- All collections made by the college from the students under the name "FEE" are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the fee is deposited late by the student, he/she shall be liable for a fine of ₹50 per day on the balance fee (on a pro-rata basis).
- All matters related to the fee are under the prerogative of the college management and may be revised without prior notice.All such changes shall be binding on all students.
- In case of cancellation of admission, the same should be informed within 15 days from the date of enrollment. Otherwise, no dues will be refunded or payable under any circumstances.
Library
- Students are responsible for keeping the library neat and clean. They must maintain a silent atmosphere in the library.
- Students can issue 2 books at a time from the library for a period of 14 days. In case of any delay, there will be a penalty of ₹5 per day per book.
- If any book is damaged by a student, a penalty equal to the cost of the book will be charged to that student.
Examination Guidelines
- Internal Examination is mandatory for all students.
- External Examination: Practical / Viva-Voce / Seminar / Project fees are ₹250 per subject.
- Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for all scheduled classes. Unauthorized absence may result in dismissal from the examination or the course. Students are responsible for maintaining attendance in every subject.
- Passing Criteria: The minimum passing mark is 40% in internal examinations. If a student scores below 40%, their parents may be called for a meeting.
- Internal Exams will be conducted by the examination committee every semester/year.
