GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
At HEC Group of Institutions, we recognize that a healthy and humane environment is essential for the holistic development of individuals. In line with this vision and in compliance with UGC directives, HEC has constituted a Grievance Redressal Cell to ensure that concerns and issues faced by students and parents are addressed promptly and fairly. The Cell provides a structured platform for voicing grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal matters, including incidents of harassment. It is empowered to assess the merit of each complaint with sensitivity and impartiality. Students and parents are encouraged to approach the designated faculty or the Officer-in-Charge of the Grievance Redressal Cell for support and resolution, reinforcing HEC’s commitment to a safe, just, and inclusive learning environment.
