Terms & Conditions for Fee Payment

1. Fee deposit mode is yearly mode only.
2. Registration fee payable at the time of application (non-refundable Rs. 1000/-).
3. Admission kit charge at the time of admission (non-refundable Rs. 6500/-).
4. Tuition fee (non-refundable).
5. Exam & practical fee payable at the time of filling exam form as per University norms.
6. Transport fee will be paid annually as per route
7. All types of fees can be paid through Cash / Demand Draft / Online / NEFT /RTGS. (Cheque will not be accepted).
8. All collections made by the college from the students under the name “FEE” are not refundable under any circumstances.
9. If the fee is deposited late by the student, he/she shall be liable for a fine of Rs. 50/- per day on the balance fee (pro-rata basis).
10. All matters related to the fee are the prerogative of the college management and may be revised by the college without any prior notice. Implementation of all such changes shall be binding on all the students
11. In case of cancellation of admission, the same should be informed within 15 days from the date of enrollment else NO dues will be refunded or payable under any circumstances.

Library

1. Students are responsible for keeping the Library neat & clean. Students will maintain a silent atmosphere in the library.
2. Students can issue 02 books at a time from the library for a period of 14 days. In case of any delay, there will be a penalty of 5 INR per day per book.
3. If any book is damaged by any student then a penalty (equal to the cost of the book) will be charged to that student

Examination

1. Internal Examination is mandatory to attend all the Students
2. External Examination Practical/ Viva-Voce/ Seminar/ Project fees per subject Rs. 250
3. A minimum of 75% Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled classes. An unauthorized absence can be cause for dismissal from the examination or the course. The student is responsible for the completion of attendance in every subject of all courses.
4. The minimum passing mark is 40% for the internal examinations. If any student secures below 40% marks in the internal examination then his/her parents will be called for a meeting.
5. Internal exams will be conducted by the examination committee every semester/year.
